Connecting a Custom Domain

Step-by-step guide to connecting your own domain.

Prerequisites

You need a Pro or Business plan to connect a custom domain. You also need a registered domain name (from registrars like Namecheap, GoDaddy, or Google Domains). If you do not have a domain yet, you can register one through Valorcy directly.

Connection Steps

  • How to connect your domain:
  • Go to Dashboard > Domains > Add Domain
  • Enter your domain name (e.g., example.com)
  • Valorcy will provide DNS records to configure
  • Log into your domain registrar and update DNS records
  • Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours, usually 1-2 hours)
  • Valorcy automatically provisions a free SSL certificate

💡 Tip

DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. Use a DNS checker tool to verify when your records have propagated.
