Site Not Loading

If your site is not loading, first check status.Valorcy.io for any platform-wide issues. If the status is operational, clear your browser cache and try again. If the problem persists, republish your site from the editor — this usually resolves caching issues.

Domain Not Connecting

DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. Use a DNS checker tool to verify your records are propagating. Make sure you have added all required DNS records exactly as shown in your Valorcy dashboard. Common mistakes include trailing dots in domain names or incorrect CNAME targets.

Forms Not Submitting

Check that the form is connected to a submission handler in the component settings. Verify that all required fields are present. If you are using email notifications, check that your email settings are correctly configured. Test the form in preview mode first.
