By accessing and using Valorcy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Valorcy.

Valorcy provides web development, design, and digital services including but not limited to website development, e-commerce solutions, web applications, maintenance, and digital marketing services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account

• Ensuring they have necessary rights to any content provided

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

• Providing timely feedback and approvals during the development process

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, designs, and content, remain the property of Valorcy until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered work for their business purposes.

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals

• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

• Payment is due according to the agreed schedule

• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business information, technical specifications, and any other sensitive data.

Valorcy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately

• Access to services may be suspended

• Client data will be handled according to our data retention policy

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
