Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Valorcy, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our paid subscription plans, add-ons, and other services. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this policy.

We stand behind the quality of our platform and offer a generous refund window to ensure you have ample time to evaluate whether Valorcy meets your needs. Our goal is to provide a risk-free experience so you can focus on building great websites.

This policy applies to all Valorcy customers worldwide. In the event of any conflict between this policy and applicable local consumer protection laws, the laws of your jurisdiction shall prevail to the extent required by law.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with Valorcy for any reason within this period, you may request a full refund and we will process it without questions.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a subscription plan. Upgrades from one paid plan to another are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee, though you may receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your original plan.

To request a refund under the money-back guarantee, contact our support team at billing@Valorcy.io or through the billing section of your account settings. Please include your account email and the reason for your refund request, though providing a reason is optional.

3. Annual Plan Refunds

For annual subscriptions, if you request a refund after the 30-day money-back guarantee period but before the end of your annual term, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused months remaining in your subscription. A processing fee of 10% of the remaining balance may apply.

Prorated refunds for annual plans are calculated from the date we receive your refund request, not the date of your last login or usage. We will process the refund within 10 business days of receiving a complete request.

If you have used any promotional discount or coupon code on your annual subscription, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid after discounts, not the standard list price of the plan.

4. Monthly Plan Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within the first 30 days of the initial subscription. After the 30-day period, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a monthly billing cycle.

We recommend cancelling your monthly subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings without needing to contact support.

If you were charged for a monthly subscription that you did not intend to renew, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We will review the circumstances and may issue a full refund at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable: custom development services, white-label setup fees, domain registration fees, premium template purchases from third-party designers, and any add-on services that are explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Free trial periods are non-refundable by nature, as no payment is collected during the trial. If you are charged after a free trial because you did not cancel before the trial ended, you may be eligible for a refund under our standard 30-day money-back guarantee.

Valorcy credits, promotional balances, and gift subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. These credits can be used toward any Valorcy service and do not expire as long as your account remains active.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our billing support team at billing@Valorcy.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address. Alternatively, you can submit a refund request through the Billing section of your account settings.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
